Reservation Terms & Conditions

All patrons 16 and under must be double vaccinated against covid-19 to gain entry to the restaurant.

Patrons must check-in using the QLD check-in app and show staff the green tick indicating double vaccination.

We will accept formal vaccination certificates from any state health department. Sufficient ID to support the certificates will need to be shown to our staff.

Failure to provide these forms of proof of vaccination will result in refusal of entry to the restaurant.

Minimum dress standards apply. No singlets or thongs are permitted. If minimum dress standards are not met you may be refused entry.

Reservation Terms & Conditions

  • All reservations are made online and the customer will be required to use a credit card to secure the reservation. All credit cards will be processed securely.

  • No-shows or cancellations less than 1 day in advance will be subject to a charge of $50 per person.

  • Changes to guest counts made less than 1 day will be subject to a charge of $50 per person.

  • If a customer makes a reservation and cancels the reservation on the same day they will be subject to a charge of $50 per person.

  • If a customer makes a reservation and changes reservation numbers (including increasing numbers which the restaurant cannot accommodate) on the same day they will be subject to a charge of $50 per person.

Example: a customer books for 6 people and arrives advising that 2 people are not attending. The customer will be subject to a No show fee of 2 people x $50 = $100

Example: a customer cancels their reservation the day of their reservation. They will be subject to a late cancellation fee of $50 per person

  • All changes and cancellations to reservations within 24 hours of your reservation time MUST be emailed to [email protected] we do not accept phone cancellations or changes. All changes and cancellations must be emailed

Additional information

For reservations of 11 people or more, we ONLY offer our 3 or 4 Course set menu which is viewable online and subject to seasonal change.

For large group bookings or functions, please email your request and we will endeavour to respond within 48 hours.

Our wine list consists of well over 400 different wines and 50 wines by the glass we do not accept BYO.

Cakes that are brought into the restaurant will incur a cakeage fee of $3.50 pp. This includes the presentation and garnish of cake for your guests.

Queensland restrictions from 17 December 2021

From 17 December 2021, restrictions on businesses will be further eased

However, there will be restrictions on people who are not fully vaccinated.

Restrictions for unvaccinated people

From 17 December 2021, unvaccinated people will be unable to enter our venue.

This is a directive from the Chief Health officer and despite what our venue or its staff’s opinions may be on this matter, we MUST comply with this directive.

From the 17th December (or when QLD reaches 80% double vaccinated), all guests will be asked to check in using the QLD check in app as usual and to show proof of vaccination.

You can link your QLD check in app to your Medicare or Health App now so we encourage you to do so now in preparation for the 17th December.

From the 17th December 2021 all of our staff will be double vaccinated.

We kindly ask that you treat all of our staff with respect and common courtesy when asking to check in and to show proof of vaccination.
